The president of Iceland, Guðni Th. Jóhannesson, opened the event.
Breath, cold, stress & resilience were key subjects during this conference. After the conference there was a guided cold dip at Nauthólsvík beach. The speakers and President of Iceland joined as well. The guided dip was facilitated by Andri Iceland.

Next to the conference there is a lot of what Harpa has to offer. You can think of the Restaurant & Bar Hnoss or restaurant La Primavera for amazing atmosphere. Or when you are really hungry you can have a look at the harbour at restaurant Höfnin, located at Geirsgata 7, 101 Reykjavík. Pretty sure you will leave satisfied there. It is only a short walking distance from Harpa to the restaurant (see map below). At the harbour you can also find The Icelandic Phallological Museum and of course a special tour to see that humpback whale. These are a few of the extraordinary things you can visit in Iceland. Additionally, you can go to a concert that will be held at one of their venues at Harpa.

It’s known for its striking design, resembling the basalt lava flows commonly found in Iceland’s landscape.
